Hell Week is over! Time for glorious, glorious sleep. Team did awesome. Make sure you give Lindsay and Zach a holla if you see them cuz they kicked butt all week.

Did some PT before the ruck march and then, well, did the ruck march.

My ruck was about 50#, and had an LBV on for the ruck.

PT:
25x Overheard Press w/ ruck
Tabata squat holds with ruck
Tabata front leaning rest with ruck, rest on the ground (so you had to do a push-up to get back up ;)
Flutter kicks while holding the ruck straight out
25x chest press with ruck
few more flutter kicks and leg raise holds.

Ruck was 2.5 miles in 39:00 (according to Zach... I forgot to start my watch!)

Planning to go out to Ivy Lake this afternoon with Brenden to swim which is probably the only workout I could effectively perform at this point.
