felt a little tight at the end during sprinting. tried to use some of the tips found here (http://www.scienceofrunning.com/2010/08/how-to-run-running-with-proper.html). it felt good a few times, but my running form is very different. did a good amount of stretching afterwards. going to try and do this more.
