Wynters Waterside SEVEN plus Pembroke

Comments:
Took the Camelback on its first US Run. Ace brace, one stop, and a detour down Pembroke and back to Colonial. Clear and cool, no humidity. Left knee pain after an hour. Knee had seemed swollen yesterday at rest. Used 5X15 pattern, but dropped to 5X10 for the last segment.
