Weather: cool, mid 70s.

Comments:
ran from gaby's house today. ran with kristen for the first half and myself the last half. on the first half, i was hurting so bad. my right ankle and shins, and my left calf was just so tight it was horrendous. but after about 3-4 miles it got so much better so i picked up the pace to about 9:50 pace. breathing was good today. really nice run overall.
