Haven't been filling these in very regularly. It's not easy to feel motivated to keep writing... "went for a run, still feel slow and shitty".. every day. Anyway, today may have been a bit of a corner turned. Hopefully. I ran all the way barring traffic stops and didn't feel like stopping. I even had a moment at the top of the hill where I felt nice and strong. I still have pain, and it feels like being stabbed at times, but I am managing to get past it.
