First time I have felt good on a run in months!! Cool down was a tad long, ended up around 16:40 or so. Started the 500s trying to stick with Jordan but it felt slow so I went my own pace. On the second one I hung back with him again and we were on pace. After that I just decided to run at whatever pace I felt like. Odd numbers were slightly downhill so they look faster but was about the same effort. Ran back towards school for a mile then started the tempo mile at the fieldhouse. People were saying they were supposed to run 6:30-6:50 but we ended up going much faster, I went at whatever felt like tempo to me and flew. 2 mile cool down with coop, Martin, and rob.
