Comments:
Pleased that I got myself out of bed and got at least this in. I've felt surprisingly fit for th past few runs, although the knees continue to nag. At least my first few blocks don't feel so sluggish, achy and stiff as they have all summer. I was probably moving under 7:30 pace for the second half. Wishing I were on the van headed to RTB, but alas I'm in my classroom.
