Weather: cool high 60s with wind.

Comments:
ran with yoyo and sara for the first mile then on my own. my shins were hurting pretty bad in the beginning, it felt hella tight. idk why but always in the beginning of a run, my shins just feel like hell. i had to stop before a mile to stretch it out. after about 3 miles, my shins felt better, but then my right ankle started to hurt for about a mile, i think it was just because of the uneven ground. but the last 3-4 miles felt awesome, my legs were just going.

no splits, cadence: 90, 89.

extra: lc1, 100 up, calf raise.
