Ten Miler Course

Comments:
Did the 10 Miler course with Zach. Went out faster than he wanted and of course I'm the one that gets bit in the butt. Run went great until at mile 8 I couldn't deal with the gut cramps anymore; couldn't even catch a deep breath. So we walked about a minute then "cooled down" up the Farm Basket hill and up to E.C. Glass. Can't wait for next weekend!
