Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Did a medley of Chest/Tricep focused Kettlebell exercises.
Push-Ups, triceps extensions, floor press, row, one-handed push-ups
and some abs: weighted v-ups, planks (really suck when you put your hands on the kb handles!)
Just got bored I guess :)
