Sore from yesterday

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Nice long run with Timmy went down glover to reservoir then down fox hall until we reached Nebraska and at ward circle we saw Julia novie who proceeded to run with us for the rest of the way we were at 50 minutes at that point. Then from ward circle we headed to school and did the reverse warm up lap then crossed river and did two tiny .75 mile loops
It felt alright not too painful but my thigs were really sore. I got home and took an ice bath and they feel a little better now.
