Weather: cool, high 60s windy.

Comments:
warmup half with yoyo, half on my own, working with graceee (claire), and cooldown with abby. felt okay today, the only negative was i was so fucken tired today. and my legs felt a bit heavy, breathing was good though. i didn't get a decent amount of sleep yesterday so i was kinda unprepared, but i hydrated well. overall, good workout.

4x100 stride/sprint.

extra: lc1, myrtle, 100 up.

1200 goal: 5:55, splits: 5:55, 5:40.
800 goal: 3:50 (i swear i heard 3:40) ... : 3:41.
400 all out: 1:28.
