Made up a really fun WOD that sparked when I realized I had an extra rope in the bag for RC. Tied that sucker to Selene and did:

10x Barbell Snatch @ 75#
20x Double-Unders (I hate these things)
120 ft KB Drag @ 24kg
So much fun! But I still hate double-unders.
Time was 25:25
Might jog over and see Zacky Poo today and contemplate buying some plates.
Oh and PT this morning we just did a warm-up 200m, 50x pushups, 50x situps, 200m. Then played Basketball with the MSIV's
