Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Really slow run for Alpha Group but I'm ok with it because it was a good chance to just loosen up.
Ran and then went and rowed 1km then elliptical .5 miles (was gonna do a mile but then I remembered how much I hate ellipticals). Then did some foam rolling. Ready for tomorrow!!
