In teams of two; P1 does 10 reps, P2 rests, then switch. Continue until 100 reps are complete (50 reps each partner). Both partners complete runs.

100x Toes-to-Bar

100x Push-Ups
400m Run
100x Squats
400m Run
100x KB Swings @ 26kg
800m Run

Then did .4 mile cool-down with the girls while they finished their last 800m.
