Something about racing makes me really good at double-unders.... Kinda strange.

Short rest, then:
5 Rounds
25x Swings @ 1.5 pood
1 Minute Plank w/ 20# Weight Vest

Then immediately did 50x Push-Ups w/ vest

Rest, then:
2 Rounds
10x Push Press Right Arm @ 1.5 pood
10x Windmill Left Arm @ 1 pood
10x Push Press Left Arm @ 1.5 pood
10x Windmill Right Arm @ 1 pood

NOW, I'm worn out!
