Stupid Rain

Wanted to run but it's all nasty out. And I got 30 miles in this week so I guess that's pretty good. So I did a little circuit.

Originally was gonna be 10 Rounds of pushups, squats, HSPU, snatches, wtd situps, double unders; but turned in to:

7 Rounds For Time:
25x Push-Ups
10x Squats @ 115# (From the deck, so had to clean it then get it behind the back)
10x Cleans @ 24kg (Each Arm)
10x Weighted Sit-Ups @ 25#
25x Double-Unders

Pretty fun. I probably should have just rested today but that would have been boring. I wanted to celebrate finishing Creation Studies :)
