5x Lunge Each Leg
10x Sit-Ups
1) 10 Rounds of 10x OHS @ 75#
2) 10 Rounds of 10x Front Squat @ 115#
3) 10 Rounds of 10x Back Squat @ 135#
4) 10 Rounds of 10x Thrusters @ 95#
3rd time I've done that workout... Shows how dumb I am. Sucks as bad as I remember it! Can't WAIT to see how my planned 20 miler goes on Thursday...
