Weather: cool, hella windy though. 60s.

Comments:
ran warmup with katie, sara, and yoyo, workout alone, cooldown half with becca and sara and all with yoyo. didn't feel the greatest today. it wasn't even my sickness that affected me. my breathing was so off and my legs felt stiff and heavy. not the best today.. :( my knees need to come up! aah! i'm still like dragging them on the ground.. -___-
