Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Perfect running weather (though a bit chilly when the wind blew on the ridges), and so many breathtaking views, but my golly were my legs smoked. Lots of straight uphills. A few times I really felt my body was just shutting down and peacing out. But I made it. Thank God. Took and ice bath and now it's time for food.
