Comments:
Legs didn't have a whole lot in them today. My right calf/shin tightened up pretty badly in the fourth set, but loosened up on the cooldown. All in all, I was definitely pleased with today's effort. I was able to hang on to a big pack of guys and work with them for the 2nd-5th sets. Finished up with weight room and core afterwards
