Got up early and ran tilden with john. We did 3 sets of 1,2,3 minutes up with an easy jog down. We could make it up the whole hill in 2:30 so for the first 2 3s we were flat for the last bit. On the last one we turned right on 29 to keep going up the hill. Good workout. First set wasn't bad, 2nd was ok, 3rd was really tough. I could beat john on the 1s but he took the 2s and 3s.
