Comments:
ran with abbby today! yay! good good run. legs were feelin a little shitty today, especially my right ankle and both shins/calves. but stretched them out good today. breathing was good, and rain was good too! not pouring, but drizzling a bit! :) but yeah, overall a good day:)

splits: 10:12, 9:53.

cadence: 90, 89.

extra: back, plank, lunge, calf/shin rehab/stretch.
