Watched a bunch of Muay Thai videos this weekend and worked on my research paper about Muay Thai so I figured why not?

5 Minute Heavy Bag (Punches and kicks)
5x KB Rope Drag (round 1: 24kg, round 2: 40kg, round 3: 24kg)
50x Lunges (45#, 65#, 65#)
50x Knees-To-Elbows
