Today, I and my friends ran 2 miles in the DBRC. I dressed the NIKE free 3.0 without socks. I thought this shoes was the best shoes for runing. And today I wore the sports clothes, I thought the colthes would affect the running. If you wear the comfortable clothes, you will fell more comfortable. And wearing the comfortable colthes, you will become more safety during running.
