Comments:
Not a good day for me. Mentally okay but my legs were REALLY tired. they felt really heavy and i felt like i couldnt move efficiently. maybe from sunday workout with my dad. I felt really bad for varsity because they all really wanted it and a lot of people did not have good races. It was hard to see everyone so upset because it reminded me of states my sophomore year. I wish we could all go back again and re-do the race. I feel like I will be ready for regionals and hopefully good enough to get on varsity.
