My mistake, I lifted before practice....legs, back, and arms.....sooooo sore. Practice literally sucked ass. It was 8x400, Surprisingly I ran slower the first 4. They were supossed to be 70-75, but I went too slow on a couple and too fast on others. Warm up normal. 400's were as follows
