188. EASY "HARD" RUN.

Weather: windy as heeell. 50s.

Comments:
ran alone today, felt horrific. this was one of the worst runs of my xc season -___- after half a mile, my shins just felt so tight, and it didn't go away like it usually does. it usually goes away after a mile or so but today, it lasted throughout the whole run. it was just horrible. .. don't even wanna talk about it. on the bright side, breathing was good.

splits: 9:45, 9:39, 10:08.

extra: myrtle, calf/shin shit, 50 up.
