Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
First time doing this! Pretty legit and hard.
Did some drills, 5 min of kicks, 5 min of warm-up, and then 10 x 2:00 hard with 30 sec. easy. When we finished, I had a stitch and way dizzy. Intense. Nice to get the running motion in a little bit.
Then did 2 laps hard, on easy for about 20 minutes more. I'll come back to do Barnes' later.
