Went downstairs and did a bunch of random stuff
3 Rounds:
10x Barbell Front Raises (1st round with bar, 2-3 with 2.5# each side)
21's (7 Reps each of: halfway down curls, halfway up curls, full curls) 1st round with bar, 2-3 with 2.5# each side
10x Press + Tricep Extension @ 35# plate
10x Waiter Press @ 16kg kb (L/R)
3 Sets of 1:00 KB juggling @ 16kg w/ 1:00 rest
10x Waiter Press @ 16kg kb (L/R)
3 Rounds:
10x T-Bar Press @ 50#
10x T-Bar Russian Twists @ 25# (L/R)
3x10 One-Legged Bent KB Row (L/R)(1st round 16kg, 2-3 @ 24kg)
