Varsity Boys Flow-Miles, in: 7:25, 6:55, 6:42, 6:26, 6:05, 5:47. Felt really sluggish on the first two, but paced targets well the whole way. Felt great, except I definitely didn't eat well during the day and paid for it when the pace got somewhat quick towards the end. Not my best day, but I hit the targets for the lads.
