i have done the two kinds of fartlek training, and i felt my speed and endurance have some improvement. and today i did the Waston fartlek training. i did 10 mins warm up, and stride hard for 4 mins with 1 min jog recovery. and today i was a little bit tired, so i just did 4 times. and finally a did 10 mins cool down.
