Exercise Type: Weights

Woke up, did 100 Pushups, then did:
10-1 KB Clean + Press @ 24kg (L/R)
20x Pushups after each round.
Didn't time it but worked with a purpose.
Body feels pretty good. Calves were really tight when I woke up this morning (I was expecting that), and my toe still hurts pretty bad but other than that I'm ready to run! NOT. The image of me running up a mountain made me tired. I'll give it a few more days.
