Comments:
Ran an easy recovery 10 today. Where was this cool weather yesterday? Focused on relaxing and staying loose. Dropped a homemade ERG bottle on the way out and drank on the way back on the run. Good day.
1:00p.m. I actually had a "power nap". 20 minutes. It was great : )
