50-40-30-20-10 KB Swings @ 24kg
10-20-30-40-50 Push-Ups
(Round 1 is 50x swings, 10x pushups. R2 is 40x Swings, 20x Push-ups. So on and so forth)
Took me 9:17
Then did 50x 4-count Supine Bicycles
Then did the pyramid reverse:
10-20-30-40-50 Swings
50-40-30-20-10 Push-Ups
Took me 10:00
300 total reps of each. What a great way to wake up and start the weekend!
