Some CF Hero WOD I found. Pretty tough. Haven't done one like this in a while.

1 Mile Run
25x Handstand Push-Up
25x Pistols (Each Leg)
25x Burpees
50x Double Unders
50x Pull-Ups
50x Press @ 25# DB
* Was supposed to be 100x Pull-Ups but I have a cut on my finger that rips open everytime I do pull-ups so I improvised
100x Push-Ups
200x Squats
1 Mile Run

Second run felt so slow but it was actually a good pace. Thought my route was a mile but it was actually .9 miles :(
