Instead of driving back to Lynchburg tonight, I decided to stay home and workout.
3 RFT:
40x Double-Unders
30x Hand Release Push-Ups
20x Dips (on bench)
10x Burpees
Time: 10:00 flat
5 RFT:
5x Handstand Push-Ups
10x Bulgarian Split Squat (10/10)
1st and 5th Rounds with 2x25# DBs; Rounds 2-4 w/ 1x25# DB
Time: 8:35
50x Weighted 4-Count Flutter Kicks
50x Unweighted 4-Count Flutter Kicks
25x Leg Lifts
25x Push-Up + Double Mountain Climber
W/ 2x8# DBs, with a running clock do 10 seconds quick hammer curls, 10 seconds shadow boxing, for 1 minute; 1 minute rest, repeat.
Just some fun stuff to end break. Hoping to run tomorrow with Zach!
