Weather: 70's sunny 60% humidity
Comments:
Ran one on joal st. 1 1/2 out and then back on 68th. Then out four to Taylor and back. Kept the focus on a sub 120 h.r. Need to teach my body to burn fat as fuel. Good mileage for the week. On to an even Bigger week and a 10k worth of 200's on Tuesday.
