Did my first "Brick" workout! Biked to Peaks View Park, ran the trails (only stopped long enough to chain my bike and reset my GPS watch). Got right back on the bike and booked it back!
If you'll notice my return trip being slower.... Well, right before the entrance to the park you fly down a big steep hill. Needless to say that was not fun at all getting back up after the 4 mile run!
