Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Woke up and decided to just run to the park. No watch, no pace, just going.
Took off at a pretty easy pace to the park (2.25 miles) and then sprinted between stations and did a bunch of calisthenics (push-ups, lunges, box jumps, ab stuff, dips) along the fitness trail (.65 miles), then jogged back.
Calves and lower legs got incredibly tight on the way to the park. But after stretching and a few sprints they felt great. Felt much better and faster on the way back!
Fun day.
