Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Felt a little sore at first the same spots as usual, the thighs and my right Achilles but about half way through the run the pain went away. I'm not sure if it was because I changed my form or something but I didn't feel that pain I normally feel during runs on my own.
I went down this trail that I found in my neighborhood then ended up near tunlaw so I made afew turns until I got there. Went up tunlaw to the glover archebald trail then went all the way to the Potomac then back to my house.
