Comments:
Ra from my house to meet shane at the Y today so I could get my lift in afterwards. I did the 3 mile loop and then proceeded down pennsylvania ave to fountain rock to sheetz, then just ran along 194 until i got there and then added on a bit. Lift was okay. my left upper hamstring/glute was a little sore but im sure ill be fine. Probably going to double later
