Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 36 degrees. Very Windy.

Comments:
4x500m and 7x250m. New Milford High School Track. My girlfriend was there to keep time. This was an extremely hard workout for me. My legs were sore to begin with from yesterday's workout. I was unable to hit the target times. I was able to run with good time in the first 350m but the wind was terrible and destroyed any chance of a strong finish for the final 200m of each interval for the 500s. Overall, a really bad workout for me and I need to improve over the break.
