Just starting the workouts now because I just received the email last Friday. 15 seconds hard and 45 seconds easy was not too hard, but was more difficult doing in my neighborhood because it's mostly uphill. I will be starting to lift January 13 when I come back to school bc beth cancelled the gym membership. Did 300 abs
