skied around with Nick for a warm up
did 6x5 min intervals with 2.5 rest, ended up doing more double pole than I would've liked because I didnt have any kick but still a hard effort =45 minutes
felt really off today, fell twice, felt achy
skated for a cool down, that didnt even feel great
