Met Justin at the gym and did some heavy deadlifts, got up to 315#, then I taught him some kettlebell stuff, then we did Linda

Then we went into the aerobic room and he had me kicking and hitting some pads! Felt awesome to do that again. Good times. Then the toaster oven caught my bread on fire when I got back :(
