Weather: 34 degrees.

Comments:
River Edge, NJ on a cobblestone road. Did the first workout for strength week. High knee skip, backwards high knee skip, etc. The first 2 sets were easy. The last 3 sets were harder and gave my legs a good burn. The workout went very well for me.
