After spending ALL DAY in the car coming back from South Cracky, I had to do something. Did Deck of Cards with:
Spades: 2x Push-Ups
Clubs: Pull-Ups
Diamonds: 4-Count Bicycle
Hearts: 2x KB Swing
Joker: 1 Minute Shadow Box w/ 10# weights
1-10 number value, Jacks 11, Queens 12, Kings 13, Ace 15

Then messed around with some abs and shoulder exercises.
