Comments:
I tried to run a long run this morning at buehler but I started to throw up after 3 miles(it was probably because I didn't eat that morning and It was 11am and I also might've been tired from the 12-400m workout the day before), I went home and ate and waited a while an ran at 3pm an ended up running 5 miles, I also kept having stomach issues, my pace for most of the miles today was somewhere around 8:00, my total miles today was 8 miles-I think it was quality but it would've been better If I did all the miles at once
