Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 47 degrees.
Comments:
New Milford High School Track. Did the 10 sets of 30 sec hard and 3-4 min walk in between sets. The first few sets were easy and I didn't even need the full break. Halfway through, I got tired and had to take longer breaks but no longer than 4 mins. My legs started to feel heavy again but I was able to finish the workout. Overall, a good workout for me.
